At MOS MOSH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the garments in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the items are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
